Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, returns and exchanges are only accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

• The request is made within 15 days of receiving your order.
• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The hygienic liner remains attached.
• All original tags are attached.
• The item shows no signs of wear, makeup, sunscreen, perfumes, stains, sand, chlorine, salt water, or any other damage.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Size Exchanges

We are happy to offer size exchanges within 15 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with size exchanges.

At this time, mix-and-match sizing is not available due to our limited launch inventory.

Defective Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at daniellaforno@gmail.com.

Photos of the defect may be requested before approving a replacement.

Approved defective items will be replaced at no additional cost.
