Returns

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and the hygienic liner attached. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, customs duties, and import fees are non-refundable.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are accepted within 30 days, subject to availability.

For orders within Guatemala, Daniella Forno covers the shipping cost of the first size exchange. International customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygienic liner attached.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 10 days at daniellaforno@gmail.com and include photos of the issue.

Approved defective items will be replaced at no additional cost or refunded if a replacement is unavailable.

International Orders

International shipping is currently being set up. Customers outside Guatemala may contact us directly at daniellaforno@gmail.com for available shipping and payment options.
